January 2012 – Linkage System

New Year, New projects. Stockton Valve’s custom fabrication department has just completed a special diverter linkage project. A customer approached Stockton with a problem concerning diverting hot material down two alternate pipes. With the guidance of customer engineering, Stockton Valve fabricated a cost saving alternative. This solution cut the customer’s cost in half and reduced the potential points of failure.

November 2011 – Steam Traced Automation

high performance butterfly valve

Stockton Valve can offer and wide range of valves and actuators as well as the expertise to join and combination. In a recent project, Stockton Valve took a Xomox Steam Traced Butterfly Valve and custom mounted a Triac Electric Actuator. The steam tracing will allow the end user to maintain a target temperature inside the valve. Our in-house machine shop manufactured the carbon steel bracket and coupling to complete the automated package.

October 2011 – Direct Mount Automation

Stockton Valve’s Automation experts are skilled in executing specifically designed automation assemblies. A recent customer needed a resilient seated butterfly valve automated in a very tight space. The engineered designed solution included a Xomox Vane Actuator direct mounted to a Demco Butterfly valve.
