New Year, New projects. Stockton Valve’s custom fabrication department has just completed a special diverter linkage project. A customer approached Stockton with a problem concerning diverting hot material down two alternate pipes. With the guidance of customer engineering, Stockton Valve fabricated a cost saving alternative. This solution cut the customer’s cost in half and reduced the potential points of failure.

Stockton Valve can offer and wide range of valves and actuators as well as the expertise to join and combination. In a recent project, Stockton Valve took a Xomox Steam Traced Butterfly Valve and custom mounted a Triac Electric Actuator. The steam tracing will allow the end user to maintain a target temperature inside the valve. Our in-house machine shop manufactured the carbon steel bracket and coupling to complete the automated package.

Stockton Valve’s Automation experts are skilled in executing specifically designed automation assemblies. A recent customer needed a resilient seated butterfly valve automated in a very tight space. The engineered designed solution included a Xomox Vane Actuator direct mounted to a Demco Butterfly valve.
Stockton Valve is now an ISNetWorld Member Contractor
ISNetworld is the global resource for connecting corporations with safe, reliable contractors/suppliers from capital-intensive industries. ISN collects self-reported conformance information from contractors/suppliers, verifies its accuracy, and then reports the results in an easy-to-follow format. This allows corporations to select those resources that best meet internal and governmental requirements, while providing contractors/suppliers the opportunity to centralize their conformance information, saving time and gaining presence in the marketplace.
Stockton Valve Products regularly handles projects for corrosive environments. This includes high alloy valves and specialized coatings for automation assemblies. This month Stockton Valve handled a large strainer project that required specialized epoxy coating.
Stockton Valve is a stocking distributor for several lines of butterfly valves. Recently we completed a cryogenic butterfly valve automation for a specialized application involving vane actuation and limit switches.
This week Stockton Valves is completing several specialized KF Circo projects for various customers. These critical process projects required our project management team to carefully manage each step of the manufacturing of these valves. Stockton Valve provided full scale supply chain management to ensure specificity with engineering and manufacturing.

Stockton completed a project for a local building management firm. The firm had been facing corrosion issues with gear operators on their cooling tower valves. Stockton provided custom made gear operators built with corrosion resistant materials. The firm replaced all of their cooling tower valves with the new custom corrosion resistant gear operators.
Stockton turned around a repair project in less than 48 hours. A local plant contacted us concerning several valves that need to be replaced and automated. Due to our extensive inventory and automation expertise, we were able to comply with the customer’s needs. Most of the valves were from our inventory. Our automation assembly experts were able to repair or replace as needed.

Stockton shipped three custom fully actuated diverter valves for a local chemical plant. The diverter valves represent a piece of the overall project and scope of services provided by Stockton for this project. Stockton provided custom valves, automation design and assembly and well as on site consultation for this project. The assemblies consisted of custom Mader Dampers, RSVP Type 1031 Actuators, Bailey Positioners, and Moniteur Limit Swtiches.
